I missed five days! yikes. Ah, well. Wednesday nothin' much goin' on. Had a scrimmage that night, but it wasn't that exciting. Evan was being a butt, Brady totally forgot and got on the bus, and I had had a good day up to this point and it all started goin' downhill from here. My wisdom teeth had started coming in on Tuesday, what fun. That was hurting, Evan was being stupid, I couldn't buzz in on any questions because someone else kept getting them before me, and Haylee and Sara were the other people on my team. Every time I got one wrong Haylee sighed at me.
Thursday . . . thursday . . . I don't remember. Nothing special happened. Oh, wait Mr. Finky called us all to the auditorium for a meeting about gradutaion and we got to miss our last practice before the tournement on Monday. Evan and Taylor came over because Oppourtunities wasn't happening and we got lost on that guy that lives next to us's land. He has an insane amount of land! We kept trying to hit a fence row, but it would turn out that there wasn't a fence there and it was just a row of trees. We went so far down the road through that feild I could see the ol' raceway.
We had to crawl through this wicked new barbed wire fence to get to the road and walk back up to the house fom there.
Friday we had the standardized test incentive trip. We went to the movies and watched Zathura. It wasn't as horrible as I was expected it to be. The only problem was the put the guys and the girls in seperate theaters and all of my friends are guys. I hung out with Amanda from the Shirt social class and Emily from the Smart social class. It was a little weird. If we'd had a Lozer we'd have someone from all the major social classes.
After the movie we went to the RAC for the gyms. The school had rented one of their frippin' huge gyms for people to play around in. Needless to say the Nutral section sat at a table in the lobby and played cards. We quickly got tired of cards and started playing the game where your end all of your sentences with a phrase. For instance I would say "Brady, you got any gum inna cup?" and Brady would reply "No, onna stick." Then Evan would say something like, "You're the only one who ever has gum witha herring." It's a simple game, but it's pretty funny sometimes.
We got bored with that game too, and Brady thought of playing this game where you go around and everyone says a word to make a sentence. Liza joined us for this and Mr. B did, too, at one point. We had some good ones. "Food gud!" and something about gangsta' waterfountains and pickle loaf.
Evan came over that night too for the Friday ritual and we watched A Sound of Thunder. It was a movie that was either a really good SciFi channel movie or a really bad theather movie. It was based on a Ray Bradbury story which was part of it's appeal and on Monday Evan's gonna tell me about how it was so different from the story. He and my dad had both read it.
Saturday I vegged until my parents came home from whatever auction, we watched Weatherman, I took a very cold shower, and we went to Whitley's birthday party.
The party was alright. Played the new Dead or Alive most of the time. I totally rock at the Lucadora and the German chick too. Then we went downstairs and played Three Men on a Couch. It's a game where the point is to get three men on the couch at the same time and it's really confusing and kinda complicated. There was chocolate fondue and that's all I really cared about.
Went home and slept.
That's it. I know there was more, but it was so long ago I can't remember. Ah, well, who really cares, right?
Oh, yes, and Evan's now making me read Fight Club because "It's the awesomest book ever!"
