The Day of Fast-Talking Grade-Slinging Lab Teacher

I'll get to that eventually.

Health: Again, I do not remember or care so moving on.

Geometery: I was so proud of myself. I figured out how to do that angle thing from yesterday all on my own and I got them right! Yay for me!

English: Testage. I doodled a set of fangs on the back of the test complete with upper lip.

Lunch: No Lucretia (I don't know if that's how you spell that) again. She says she can't find us. I will remedy this. Turns out she lives in a subdivision really close to my house so if we end up being great friends we can hang out easily. X)

Advisory: I read some more H.P. Lovecraft. He's a really great writer even if I can't get into the storyline. His wordage is just so great, I find myself loving the way he writes even if I don't care for what he writes. It's sort of like e.e.cummings, even though I can't claim to know what he's really writing about all the time.

Phys Sci: I'll explain the title now. We had a lab on measuring things. (The premise wasn't that great, but I just like going into the lab.) We get in there and the first thing Mrs.Scary says is that if you have glasses you have to wear the big dorky green goggles instead of the little blue goggles everyone else is wearing so, lucky me, I get to wear the green goggles. Then she tells us what we're supposed to do so fast none of us understand what she's said and we're all asking each other what to do. We finally work it out and measure things and yay and we get told to do a lab report or you don't get credit for being in the lab and doing the thingy. XP That just sucks. So far my lab report is two pages long. *sigh* At least it's only due on Friday.

Art: Worked on my Illuminated project some more. I'm not really happy with anything but the lotus right now. I did the night sky at the top of the page, the little sniffy man, some of the squares, and . . . something else. I don't remember. I lent Mr.S my Ladytron CD so he can make a copy of it because I'm out of blanks. He was just fine with me today so I figure I was just imagining things yesterday.

Am His: More video about the big transcontinental railroad. I worked on my lab report all hour. XD

Biology: We learned what all the little bits on a microscope do and how to properly get out, use, and put away a microscope. "You can look at wee things with them. Yus."

Went to see a relative I never new existed at my great grandman's house. I think it's great that her name is Dorothy and she lives at the junction of O and Z. Ah-ha. Then I got home, put up books on my new shelves and . . . slept. Woodoowoodoo . . . weird, huh?

161 days remain.

---Au tre neu, it's very true, the room temperature's higher than my IQ.
